Just a small update before I work on the next big one :).

- Fixed a broken wall Map transition
- Changes to gaining MP when hit and hitting enemies
- Fixed the bug where Red Vines would give extra MP
- Fixed collisions for Evil Eye Queen and Gate
- Fixed collisions for Armadillo and Gate
- Fixed 'Medium' Graphics settings
